Delete Your Makdrix Driver Account

This page explains how drivers can request the permanent deletion of their Makdrix Driver account and associated personal data, in accordance with Google Play policies.

How to request account deletion

To request the deletion of your Makdrix Driver account, please follow one of the options below:

• Send an email from the email address associated with your driver account to:
  support@makdrix.com
• Include the subject line:
  “Delete Makdrix Driver Account”
• Clearly state your full name and registered phone number or email.

What data will be deleted

• Driver profile information
• Uploaded documents (ID, license, vehicle documents)
• Location history
• Login credentials and account access

Data that may be retained

Certain data may be retained for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons, including completed trip records and financial transactions. Such data will be securely stored and deleted automatically once retention requirements expire.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Once completed, the account cannot be recovered.
